I agree. While I think that brief commentary on a deal gone bad - or good, for that matter - is appropriate here, I find such intense defensive-ramblings tiresome, if not suspect; and this from another lawyer.

But remember: 'Only if you want anarchy must you kill all the lawyers.' This is the essence of Shakespeare's oft misquoted admonition.
